Shipping Policy

At BaggRunna, we value your time and trust. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and transparent shipping experience with every order.


Order Processing & Shipping Timeline

    •    All items from our drops are pre-made and ready for fulfillment.

    •    Once a drop goes live, customers will have a 72-hour window to place their orders.

    •    No orders will be shipped during this 72-hour window. Once the window closes, we begin processing and fulfilling all orders.

    •    Shipping will begin immediately after the 72-hour window closes. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order ships.


Shipping Times

    •    Domestic Orders (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing.

    •    International Orders: We do not accept international orders at this time 


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

    •    Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

    •    Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Shipping Rates

    •    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Incorrect Addresses

    •    Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. BaggRunnaApparel is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.


Lost or Damaged Packages

    •    If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at [baggrunnaapparel@gmail.com] within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.


Pre-Order vs. Drop Model Clarification

    •    BaggRunnaApparel does not operate on a traditional pre-order model. All inventory is prepared in advance for each drop to ensure timely and efficient shipping after the drop window closes.
